Personal Injury

Most personal injury clients are looking for attorneys to take cases on a contingent fee basis; that is, we don’t get paid unless you get paid.  Because the insurance companies can use the high cost of preparing for trial as leverage to force an injured party to settle for less than the case is worth, as a rule we don’t accept small contingent fee personal injury cases.  In general we are looking for six- and seven-figure personal injury cases with clear liability and a defendant who can afford to pay the judgment we expect to get for you.

We can help with a wide variety of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip- or trip-and-falls, electrocutions, medical malpractice, and products liability (such as saws, drugs, i.u.d.’s and asbestos).

We handle all kinds of accidents, from auto accidents, to falls, to electrocutions, to product-related accidents. We look for cases with clear liability, likely high damages, in which the person or organization at fault can afford to pay the claim in its entirety. Learn more about accidents involving personal injury.

We handle all types of professional malpractice claims.   Generally, the poor outcome of a professional service is not enough to prove malpractice. However some service is the result of OBVIOUSLY poor judgment.  We will be more than happy to evaluate your malpractice claim. Learn more about malpractice involving personal injury.

Products Liability

If you believe a product caused substantial injury, contact us for a free initial consultation.  If you still have the product, and, even better, the packaging and instructions that came with it, bring them with you to your appointment, along with any medical records.  We look forward to meeting with you. Learn more about products liability involving personal injury.
